Color Variations: Please note that the color of the fabrics can vary from monitor to monitor, and the actual fabric may be of different shade as Silk is a natural fabric and each dye lot differs. We do provide fabric swatches for most of our custom & stock fabrics, and encourage you to purchase them. Please ensure that you order the correct color. Again, please note that in most cases the actual fabric color shade may be different than the swatch color however, all within the industry acceptable standards.

Return Policy: Half Price Fabrics offers a 30 day money back guarantee for any defects in manufacturing for 30 days from the date of the purchase.

Important Note: Because the fabric is sold by the yard and hand cut, there are no returns allowed except for any defects in the fabric or craftmanship. In the event of any such defects, we will replace the fabric at our discretion or provide you with a refund.

Return Process: You can return the fabric through the mail for a refund or replacement. You must call 1-866-413-7273 to obtain an RMA #. To make a return by mail, send your package along with the original invoice and the "Return Authorization Form" that ships with each order. Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

Refund Time Frame: Please allow 7-10 business days, for the refund to be processed.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, and Item Description. State the Reason for the Return and the Action to be taken.
